House Rules – Bed & Breakfast 'De Lagune'
1. General provisions
1.1 These house rules apply to the stay of guests in the B&B.
1.2 The guest agrees to these regulations when entering into the agreement.
2. Arrival and departure
2.1 Check-in is possible between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM, unless otherwise agreed.
2.2 Check-out must take place before 12:00, unless otherwise agreed.
2.3 In case of late check-out without permission, charges may be applied.
3. Use of the accommodation
3.1 The guest must use the accommodation with care and avoid damage.
3.2 Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the B&B.
3.3 Pets are only permitted with the express written permission of the B&B. Pets are not allowed on the first floor or on the furniture.
3.4 The guest is responsible for leaving the room(s) clean; excessive soiling may result in additional charges.
4. Safety and peace
4.1 It is prohibited to bring dangerous substances or to engage in activities that could endanger you and our safety.
4.2 Guests must respect the peace and quiet, especially between 11pm and 8am.
4.3 Nuisance or disturbance to other guests or local residents is not permitted. In the event of a violation, the B&B may terminate the stay without refund.
5. Visitors
5.1 Visitors are not allowed without prior permission from the B&B.
5.2 The guest remains responsible for the behaviour of his visitors.
6. Damage and loss
6.1 The guest is liable for all damage to the accommodation and inventory caused by himself, fellow guests or visitors.
6.2 Damage must be reported immediately; repair or replacement will be at the guest's expense.
6.3 The guest is liable for loss of keys; replacement costs will be charged.
7. Use of facilities
7.1 The sauna, jacuzzi, bicycles and other facilities must be treated with care.
7.2 Use of the facilities is at your own risk. The B&B is not liable for any damage or injury resulting from their use.
8. Other provisions
8.1 The B&B reserves the right to change the regulations.
8.2 In the event of non-compliance with these regulations, the B&B may take appropriate measures, including terminating the agreement.
